New Booking
How can I book your service?
You can book our services using a FREE estimate form on this website or give us a call at 07517 896 138.
What is included?
Please check our services page for a list of services. We can customise our cleaning services according to your specifications.
Can I change my booking?
Please call Bubble Cleaning customer service, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. Should no notice be given, you will incur a cancellation fee.
How It Works
Do I need to provide my own cleaning equipment and materials?
For commercial cleaning, spring cleaning, after builders cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning, we provide equipment and materials.
For usual domestic cleaning, we usually ask our clients to provide cleaning materials if not otherwise agreed.
Can I have the same cleaner every time?
Yes, most of the time though we can’t guarantee this due to sickness, staff rotation or holidays.
Do the team require parking?
Our cleaning teams require parking. If you live in an area where parking is difficult, please contact us and let us know about public or private parking we can use.
What if something gets broken when my home is cleaned?
We treat your home as our own but accident can happen. If something is broken or damaged, we will do our best to repair the item or replace it if it cannot be fixed.

What time will you arrive on the day?
Transport delays may take place for many unexpected reasons, as a consequence, we are able to provide a time window in which we will arrive.
Does anyone come out to visit before quoting?
Most of the time, we do not need to visit your home. However, some properties may require a site visit.
Payments and Costs
How does pricing work?
Our cleaning pricing is straightforward, you pay a flat hourly rate. Based on the numbers of your bedrooms, bathrooms etc. we estimate numbers of hours you need. Tou still can add as many hours as you want.
How do I pay?
Bubbles Cleaning accepts cash, cheque, direct debit, online banking, credit and debit card payments for service.
Do I need to pay extra if I want the cleaner to clean at the weekend?
Our hourly rate is slightly higher for cleaning services over the weekend. We are confident you will find our pricing reasonable.
Is Bubbles Cleaning insured?
We have comprehensive insurance cover which, amongst other things, covers employer’s liability and Public Liability.
